iRefract is seeking motivated Optometric Technicians to open a new location in East Peoria, Illinois. You will perform pre-exams, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and handle billing and checkout in a customer-focused office with modern systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous direct experience in the eyecare industry preferred.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-test patients by performing pre-exams.
• Verify insurance and handle payments.
• Schedule patient appointments and check-out procedures.
• Perform business and administrative tasks including record-keeping, prescriptions, phones, and inventory.
