Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optical settings preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn optical terminology and explain preliminary examinations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality patient care.
• Maintains professional office and pre-test room.
• Explains preliminary exams to patients.
• Completes paperwork and tests prior to doctor exam.
• Promotes visual field testing and retinal screenings.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with accuracy.
• Follows store and corporate policies.
• Participates in mandatory communications meetings.
