Pay Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $13.70 - $18.47 per hour

The Role: A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring the best patient journey. This role involves training and knowledge in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, products/services, and managed vision care. The CS guides patients through the initial steps of their experience, ensuring their eye exam needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patients to the OD and share important patient information.
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and provide associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services.
• Support store operations, including restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet patient needs.
