Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes DC Metro is seeking an experienced Options Coordinator to join our team in the DC Metro area. The role focuses on compiling and maintaining records for the options department while supporting the Options Manager.

You will coordinate model upgrades, establish and manage all options for each community, and ensure accurate option data in our systems. A strong work ethic and detailed documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in the home construction industry.
• Familiarity with Enterprise-One, Envision, and Hyphen Solutions preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret house plans and understand option relationships preferred.
• Must have a strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain option review, selection, and availability; remove duplicates.
• Coordinate model upgrades and establish options per community.
• Manage all options for each community and set cutoff dates by community and phase.
• Create product catalogs for design center, sales, and field.
• Enter bids and process customer option upgrades.
• Maintain and update all structural and final options in the company software.
• Assist Options Manager and leadership as needed.
• Review ARN for changes to option relationships.
• Support walks through Model phases and other duties as assigned.
