You’ll use advanced Excel to support financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis, and assist with market research, due diligence, and HOA coordination. The schedule is flexible and requires at least 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in university.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial forecast and modeling using advanced Excel for pro formas, budgets, and cash flows.
• Assist with financial, economic, demographic, and market research for development opportunities.
• Support due diligence collection of materials, tracking critical dates, and analysis.
• Prepare summaries and track critical date requirements for land contracts, builder contracts, and development milestones.
• Support Operations to review builder architectural requests, coordinate HOA formation, and serve on multiple HOAs.
