• Assist with financial forecast and modeling using advanced Excel for pro formas, budgets, and cash flows.
• Assist with financial, economic, demographic, and market research for development opportunities.
• Support due diligence, materials collection, tracking critical dates, and analysis.
• Prepare summaries and track critical date requirements for land and builder contracts and development items.
• Support Operations to review builder architectural requests and HOA formation and management.
