Job summary

IDEX Health & Science LLC., a unit of IDEX Corporation, is seeking an ATS Technician I in West Henrietta, NY. This role supports the Manufacturing Leader by aligning and cutting optical subcomponents and assisting the Systems team across shifts.

You will train on in-house testing software, maintain quality and safety standards in an ITAR registered facility, and collaborate with engineering and leadership to meet daily production goals. Strong manual dexterity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years in optics/manufacturing.
• Moderate computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC or other machines and meet daily production goals.
• Identify and escalate safety or quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to align on goals.
• Tag non-conforming material for inspection by quality.
• Train on and use in-house testing/tracking software.
