Job summary

IDEX Health & Science is seeking an ATS Technician I in West Henrietta, NY to support the optical subcomponent production team. You will align, cut, test, and document processes to ensure quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent; or 2+ years related experience.
• Moderate computer skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and work ethic.
• Ability to learn multiple production lines.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting up to 15–45 lbs.
• May require working in an ITAR registered facility.
• Willingness to work overtime as production schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, CNC or similar, to align and cut optical subcomponents.
• Meet daily production goals and escalate issues toward the build plan.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to align on goals.
• Identify and elevate safety or quality issues to the appropriate parties.
• Tag non-conforming material for inspection by the quality department.
• Train on and use in-house testing/tracking software.
• Learn multiple technical production lines and adapt to shifts.
