Job summary

Amphenol Corporation's ACS division is seeking an Optics Product Line Manager in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead product strategy for CPO/NPO offerings, collaborating with marketing, engineering, and sales to win new design opportunities and accelerate growth.

You will work with global cross-functional teams, manage new business plans, and stay ahead of optical market trends, focusing on AI-related transceiver demand and high-speed connectivity solutions for data center and telecom markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics, or Engineering with keen business acumen.
Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred.
3+ years of optical engineering, technical marketing, or project/product management experience.
Technical knowledge of the optical industry and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

Proactively present and promote the CPO/NPO product to help the field teams understand the positioning, benefits and target customers.
Drive the new business opportunity funnel, aligning strategy and actions with sales; develop tools as needed.
Maximize share at key accounts by coordinating pricing and market strategy with sales.
Regular local customer visits and travel for training, factory visits, and negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and close gaps.
