Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an Optics Product Line Manager in Santa Clara to lead product strategy for optical solutions and drive design-wins with global cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise in optics, with 3+ years in related fields and fluency in English (Mandarin preferred). Base salary ranges from $110k to $215k, plus comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics, or Engineering with business acumen.
Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
3+ years of optical engineering, technical marketing, or product management experience.

Mansioni

Promote CPO/NPO products to field teams; drive design-wins.
Develop sales/marketing tools; coordinate with sales and BU.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and market requirements.
Engage with design/development/production to ensure timely product launches.
Maintain awareness of market trends and advise on product positioning.
Lead new business planning, NPD, and design-win opportunities.
