Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC and polishing machines per lens specifications
• Mount, attach, and calibrate workpieces and tooling on fixtures and machines
• Polish optics to required specifications and verify with precision measuring tools
• Test settings and programs for accuracy; inspect parts for defects
• Monitor machine operation and adjust controls to prevent malfunctions
• Maintain and document records; contribute to best practices and continuous improvement
• Perform process and equipment troubleshooting to minimize rework and scrap
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
