Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on manufacturing knowledge with CNC/polishing.
• Ability to read complex drawings and specs.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Programs, sets up and operates multi-axis CNC polishing machines per lens blueprints.
• Selects and calibrates workpieces and tooling on fixtures.
• Polishes optics to required specifications.
• Inspects parts with precision measuring tools.
• Helps drive continuous improvement and maintains records.
• Follows safety rules and maintains clean workspace.
