Job summary

Infleqtion, Inc. seeks a Technical Manufacturing Manager to lead a small team of engineering technicians responsible for building, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting low-volume, high-mix scientific hardware.

You will ensure technical quality of manufacturing output, develop the technician team, and drive the transfer of new systems from development into controlled execution while collaborating with design and systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong experimental-physics foundation with hands-on hardware experience.
• Ability to interpret test data and lead root-cause investigations.
• Experience leading and developing technical staff or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technician team; set expectations and provide coaching.
• Own technical quality of manufacturing output; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead integration, test, and troubleshooting across optics, electronics, vacuum, and controls.
• Support product and custom-system transition from development to production.
