Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and training abilities.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with CNC control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high precision optics on CNC equipment per docs.
• Develop, train, and coach team members.
• Prioritize production schedules based on induction, equipment efficiency, and materials.
• Ensure program check and verification methods are in place.
• Interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Troubleshoot machine anomalies and identify problems.
