Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in opticianry.
• American Board of Opticianry certifications preferred; employees can obtain within two years.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual lensometer and other tools to achieve proper fittings for patients.
• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help them choose based on medical and lifestyle needs.
• Provide feedback on frame aesthetics and assist in sales while meeting patient requirements.
• Process spectacle orders including data entry, invoicing verification, and patient communication.
• Maintain inventory of frames, tools, and supplies; manage payments and deposits.
• Data-entry into EHR and support of clinic operations across multiple locations.
