• Manage front-d desk tasks like insurance verification, scheduling, and benefit authorizations.
• Place and process eyewear orders with precision and troubleshoot issues.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments for proper fit.
• Build lasting patient relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Complete training and certifications and pursue growth milestones.
