Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with Customer Service or Sales is preferred - BONUS is Optical Experience (willing to train!)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Professional, friendly and dependable

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help them choose based on medical and lifestyle needs
• Provide honest but compassionate feedback about frame aesthetics
• Achieve sales goals and quotas as determined by office staff
• Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts
• Operate manual lensometer and other tools to ensure proper fittings
• Manage frame and contact lens inventory for optimal customer satisfaction and variety
• Communicate with physician with questions or concerns about prescriptions and eye-related issues
