LensCrafters in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eye care and eyewear experience. You will assist customers in frame selection, take measurements, and coordinate with the Optician to propose the best vision solutions.

With 1+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication and comfort with POS systems, you will contribute to a welcoming store environment and help meet sales goals through teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with the Optician.
• Maintain store appearance and foster an inclusive, respectful environment.
