Job summary

Clompus Reto and Halscheid Vision - Exton is seeking an Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care. You will assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, ensure proper fit, and dispense accurately while using the EHR/ALE systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, one year of optician experience, and knowledge of insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one-year experience as an Optician preferred.
• Basic HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and treatments.
• Enter prescriptions into the EHR and ALE system.
• Ensure proper frame fit and lens accuracy.
• Provide education on insurance benefits and warranties.
• Maintain knowledge of lenses, coatings, and products.
