Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years optician experience preferred.
• Must be ABO certified.
• Able to fit, adjust, repair and sell eyewear.
• Ability to work with insurance benefits and discounts for optical.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with selecting and purchasing eyewear.
• Dispense and adjust eyewear; ensure proper fit.
• Maintain inventory and optical records (paper and electronic).
• Maintain high prescription capture rate and accurate documentation.
