Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to translate customer needs into high-impact solutions.
• Develop compelling customer proofs of concept and demonstrations to showcase Cisco's optical systems and coherent optics.
• Architect tailored customer network solutions and lab environments, partnering with Sales through the pre-sales lifecycle to validate designs and deployment scenarios.
• Develop training and technical documentation for global Sales and Partner teams.
