Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or similar role with Optical Transport systems.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic transport technologies (DWDM, ROADM, FOADM, Optical Amplification).
• Experience with Transport system design and operational requirements (Space, Power, Cooling).
• Proficiency in Network Management Systems (Nokia WaveSuite, Transcend NMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical sales process as a vital resource, working with Account Team to deliver customized optical solutions.
• Develop and present engaging technical demonstrations of Nokia's optical product portfolio to clients.
• Analyze customer requirements to create tailored, reliable, scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate network designs and quotations to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Nokia innovations and strengthen market presence.
• Respond quickly to RFI/RFP requests addressing functional and technical needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Mentor and train sales team members on technical concepts and sales strategies.
