Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching teammates, and partnering with the on-site Optometrist to achieve business goals while ensuring top-tier customer service and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or equivalent management experience with strong customer service focus.
• Optician experience desired; ABO/Shopko OCE Certification within 12 months of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical team to maximize sales, profit and customer service.
• Model service, patient care and selling techniques to maximize satisfaction.
• Hire, train and coach teammates; manage performance.
• Partner with Optometrist to drive business results and patient care.
