Job summary

National Vision is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee the optical department and drive store performance. You will manage a team of opticians and sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies.

The role focuses on profit, operations, promotions, and staff development to achieve regional targets and a seamless customer experience. Some locations offer growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and store supervision.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to meet targets.
• Strong communication skills for team and customer interactions.
• Solid understanding of store operations and performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze and understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L) for the store.
• Oversee the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure staff do the same.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and enforce policies.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager and Corporate Office; prepare store reports.
• Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are implemented and understood by staff.
• Supervise Opticians and CL Sales associates and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
• Assist GM with forecasting staffing needs and staff recruitment.
