• Ability to analyze and understand financial reports.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (review P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Convey a commitment to outstanding customer service and ensure the team does the same.
• Review quality standards; review remakes and enforce policies for compliance.
• Communicate with GM, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reports as required.
• Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are current and communicated to staff and doctors.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
• Assist the General Manager with forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, selecting and retaining staff.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• Note: some locations may require licensed credentials for certain duties.
