Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience through confident service and product education.
• Guide customers in eyewear selection, final fitting, and pickup.
• Perform finishing work and ensure eyewear meets brand standards.
• Support order entry, tracking, and timely completion.
• Uphold Eyeglass World service standards in every interaction.
