Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Henry Ford OptimEyes to lead customer service, support daily operations, and coordinate optical services.

You will advocate for patients across optical, opticianry, and optometric support, using Acuity Logic, eEHR, and insurance platforms to ensure a seamless experience and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous optical experience and knowledge.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in Acuity Logic, eEHR, and insurance systems.
• Successful completion of required Henry Ford OptimEyes training courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and concerns to ensure their overall satisfaction.
• Support the management team in day-to-day operations.
• Provide cross-functional assistance in optical services, opticianry, and optometric support.
• Advocate for patients by addressing their needs across all areas of the business.
