Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Illinois. You will be the face of the store, guiding customers through frame selections, evaluating prescriptions, and coordinating with opticians to ensure precise measurements.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and delivering exceptional service to every patient and customer who visits LensCrafters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic math.
• Willingness to learn new technology and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain attractive and organized displays and inventory.
