Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a retail environment preferred.
• State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianry association.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by using retail sales skills and role-playing.
• Develop professional relationships with co-workers and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic prescriptions, and fit and adapt lenses and frames.
• Ensure quality patient experience through correct pricing, POS entry, and delivery quotes.
• Provide guidance to patients regarding Managed Vision Care.
• Merchandise the store per Planogram and company standards.
• Support timely execution of Marketing programs, signage and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
