Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic lab duties when needed.
