Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical, seeks a motivated Sales Consultant to deliver easy, memorable eyewear experiences in-store. You will drive sales, assist customers with selections, and ensure prompt delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess eyewear needs, and guide them through the sales process.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and care considerations.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA and quality standards, keep lab and display areas organized.
• Assist with basic repairs and timely delivery of orders.
