Job summary

Stanton Optical in Albuquerque, NM is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to create an easy and memorable experience for patients while guiding them through our unique sales process to fulfill eyewear needs. You’ll drive in-store sales and help customers find eyewear that fits their budget and eye-care requirements.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions, edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in retail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for diverse customers

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify needs, and promote products
• Assist in selecting eyewear within budget and eye-care requirements
• Edge stock lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions while meeting sales goals
• Maintain brand standards and lab area quality, report issues
