Visionworks of America in Houston seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding patients through the eyewear journey with a friendly, human touch and bold service.

You will deliver daily sales goals, engage customers, recommend products, and handle in-store operations such as restocking and order fulfillment, while maintaining product knowledge through ongoing training and ensuring eyewear is right the first time.

Formación

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is right the First Time.
• Day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
