Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Texas to be the face of the store, ensuring an excellent eyewear journey for every patient. The role demands optics knowledge, product familiarity, and strong customer service.

You will drive sales, engage customers, recommend solutions, and support store operations while maintaining Right the First Time accuracy and a friendly, bold approach.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required, Visionworks or other organization, or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer/patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals by optimizing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend eyewear products and services.
• Measure eyewear requirements and maintain optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
