Qualifications

• 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients or equivalent experience.
• Background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Embrace our Total Patient Experience and build relationships with patients.
• Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and measurements.
• Explain lenses, coatings, and frames to match patient needs.
• Operate ophthalmic instruments such as auto-lensometer and lensometer.
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders accurately.
• Collect measurements like pupillary distance and pantoscopic tilt.
• Process patient orders and handle frame repairs/adjustments.
