Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up displays, cleaning and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods and pricing merchandise.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintains the Optical area by stocking, organizing merchandise, handling claims and returns, and securing shrink and damages.
• Assists with eyewear and contact lens orders, verifies prescription information, and completes required paperwork and pretests.
