Eyetastic Services is seeking an Optical Sales Associate to join a physician-owned, private practice in West Haven. You will assist patients with eyewear selection, provide guidance on lens options, and ensure proper measurements and fittings to achieve optimal comfort and vision.

This role offers exposure to a dynamic clinical setting with a collaborative team focused on exceptional patient service and ongoing professional development. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process eyewear orders, check in and inspect new glasses, and complete adjustments and repairs.
• Educate patients on eyewear options, lens technologies, and proper care.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and patient information.
• Support daily office functions and keep the optical area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists them in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses.
• Provides expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles.
• Takes accurate measurements for eyeglasses (PD, segment height, etc.) and ensures a proper fit.
• Processes eyewear orders, checks in and inspects new glasses, and completes adjustments and repairs.
• Educates patients on eyewear options, lens technologies, and proper care for glasses and contacts.
• Maintains accurate records of purchases and patient information.
• Supports daily office functions and keeps the optical area clean and organized.
