Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will assist customers with frame selections, explain lens options, and coordinate measurements with the Optician as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining displays, and providing friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service or similar.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math.
• Willingness to adapt to new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals with strong communication and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and company objectives.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using prescriptions.
• Assist customers with frame selection and measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance and displays.
