Stanton Optical in Texas seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-energy team, coach associates, and partner with the Clinical services group to drive sales and service excellence. You will work with the Brand Manager to execute action plans, train staff, and foster a results-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment (1+ year).
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties as Manager on duty and accomplish objectives.
• Lead recruitment and training of store associates and develop plans.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR effectively.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet Now Service commitments.
• Edge stock lenses and assemble lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
