Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers, recommends eyewear products and services.
• Measures eyewear needs and maintains product knowledge through training.
• Performs opening/closing and daily store operations to support financial and customer experience goals.
