Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 2-4 years in manufacturing/production, preferably optics/electronics/high-tech.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated assembly of optical components and modules per instructions.
• Conduct in-process and final testing using specified equipment and procedures.
• Operate production equipment, including calibration.
• Document production activities and test data accurately.
• Identify and report defects, anomalies, and malfunctions to supervision or engineering.
• Adhere to safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and quality system requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• May assist in training junior production technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and a positive work environment.
