Qualifications

3+ years of networking experience.
Experience with Ciena or Nokia optical/packet networking products.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience supporting technical sales, solution design, or proposals.
Willingness to travel domestically for customer meetings and sales engagements.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and develop networking solutions.
Design and configure solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and assist with pricing, proposals, and statements of work.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
Work with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams throughout the sales process.
Support optical networking, packet networking, network management, and automation solutions.
