Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing optical networks and architectures.
• Strong understanding of optical components and fiber principles.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and network management.
• Familiarity with industry protocols and testing tools.
• Ability to communicate complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to position optical networking and software solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and design network architectures.
• Size and configure optical networks, NMS platforms, and automation solutions.
• Deliver hardware and software product demonstrations to customers.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support during sales engagements.
• Lead small to medium-scale network design projects and POcs.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and project management teams.
• Assist in pricing, proposals, and SOW creation.
