Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Optical, or Physics.
• Experience with optical module integration and testing in telecom/datacom.
• Knowledge of lasers, detectors, modulators, amplifiers.
• Experience with Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute integration plans for optical modules.
• Characterize and verify module performance with optical/electrical test equipment.
• Collaborate across optical, electrical, firmware, and mechanical teams to define interfaces.
• Develop automated tests and fixtures for validation and manufacturing support.
• Analyze test data and propose design/manufacturing improvements.
• Generate detailed docs including test reports and guides.
• Participate in design reviews for testability and reliability.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in optical module integration.
