Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with optical module integration, testing, or product development in telecom/data communications.
• Strong knowledge of optical components (lasers, detectors, modulators, amplifiers) and test instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute integration plans for optical modules including transceiver, amplifier, and WSS components.
• Characterize and verify optical module performance against specifications using optical/electrical test equipment.
• Collaborate with optical, electrical, firmware, and mechanical teams to define interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Develop and implement automated test scripts and fixtures for module validation and manufacturing support.
• Generate detailed technical documentation including test reports, integration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
