Qualifications

• Strong design-for-manufacturing/cost and cost modeling.
• Experience with fiber attach and optical alignment systems.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with design, ops, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation and scalability of optical transceiver manufacturing.
• Own design of processes and automation for key equipment.
• Set process/automation strategies, DFM/DFC, and cost tools.
• Refine processes for scale and transfer from NPI to production.
• Ensure readiness for volume and next-gen product development.
