The Lab Technician supports the Lab Manager in ensuring quality and timely service in the lab.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Operate all lab machinery to produce quality eyewear that meets company standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
• Monitor same-day service using the “Ready When Promised” production board.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Build constructive relationships with doctors, peers, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous lab experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate lab machinery.
• Detail-oriented with accurate transcription skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Commitment to high customer service standards.
