Warby Parker is hiring for a Production Floor Associate to join our optical lab in Sloatsburg, NY. This role supports first-shift operations across picking, packing, final inspection, and mounting tasks that directly impact customer satisfaction and product quality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling frames, lenses, and kits while maintaining attention to detail and strong communication with teammates. The team values reliability and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work or internship experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Strong communication skills both online and offline.
• Comfortable standing/walking up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick inventory (trays, lenses, frames) and operate a frame tracer.
• Assemble kits, attach mailing labels, and print invoices for orders.
• Use a lensometer to verify lens power and ANSI compliance; perform final inspection.
• Mount lenses into frames, bench align, and ensure final cleanliness and alignment.
