Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a data-driven production supervisor for our Las Vegas manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of Production Associates on 1st shift, drive production to meet goals, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor team members, provide coaching, and collaborate with the Production Manager to develop each Associate’s strengths, while maintaining accountability and continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with at least 12 months in a leadership role in production
• Experience leading or managing a team or project
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Effective communicator across in-person, email, and other channels
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand/walk 8–10 hours and perform physical tasks with/without accommodations
• Not on LEIE list

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15+ hourly employees in a specific manufacturing department
• Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and performance check-ins
• Communicate daily production goals and metrics with the team
• Ensure safety practices and conduct trainings as needed
• Identify development opportunities for associates and lead by example
• Coach and monitor performance across lab positions and other departments as needed
• Drive production to meet/exceed goals and monitor breakage
• Maintain safety standards and give timely feedback
