Job summary

Walman Optical, a division of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Production Associate Technician for the 2nd shift to operate and maintain lab equipment in surface or finish areas. You will interpret Rx work tickets and perform daily production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll calibrate and troubleshoot equipment, assist teammates, keep work areas clean, and follow safety and company policies. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a global eyewear leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task, orientation to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Basic high school level math skills required
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lab production equipment
• Interpret Rx work ticket and perform production tasks
• Perform basic/routine maintenance of equipment
• Calibrate equipment daily/weekly as directed
• Support training and guidance for less experienced employees
